HPH MEETING and 2010 Board Member Elections

Sunday, March 28 at 6:00 PM at The Library Grille


WHO: All HPH Members Invited, plan to attend if you're interested in becoming more involved with HPH Activities, or just want to learn more about the club.

WHEN: March 28, beginning at 6 PM

WHERE: The Library Grille (NOTE LOCATION CHANGE!)

The High Plains Harriers will be holding a meeting open to all members (or other interested persons).
Agenda items will include discussion of upcoming HPH events (races, timing, etc), new equipment for purchase in 2010, and board elections for the 2010 executive committee. All board seats are open for election (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) we ask that persons interested in running for a board position please notify the committee by March 19. Nominees will be posted on this site prior to the election.

**NOTE: in order to hold a board seat or to vote in the election, you must be an HPH Member in good standing. We will accept 2010 membership applications at the meeting.
