Course Map

 

The course map was built by Rob Thurston during the 2013 Pilot Hill. To see more detail, Click on the map and a zoomed version will load.

Although the course is “out and back”, the up portion is longer as runners run about 3 km on the flats before beginning the climb up Pilot Hill–this allows runners to get in a full 25 km and provides a warm-up before the climb begins. On the descent, runners take the shortest course from the base of the climb (Owl Canyon) to the finish.
