HPH can provide some consultation if you wish to organize a running event. Send an email to the  HPH committee to discuss this.

Typical consultation would include about one hour of discussion listing items a race director needs to consider for directing a race and typical timelines to follow in order to ensure all items are ready for the day of your event. HPH can provide information on where to order race bibs, t-shirts, items to consider for food and drink, etc.  HPH may be able to suggest others who are interested in a similar event. Generally, HPH does not solicit new events for the club. Established events that wish to be classified as an HPH event are open for discussion at with the committee.
