Through summer and fall, focus is on speed; particularly at the track where
individuals will run anywhere from 400 m to 1600 m repeats. It is very loosely
organized, the group doesn't necessarily run together, we are all just suffering
together (sharing our misery!).
In the spring, the focus is strength building...hill repeats. From the base of
hospital hill to the top with a recovery jog down. Again, not necessarily designed
so everyone runs together, but rather groups or individuals that can run at their
own pace.
